The dry and wet rice mill utilizes the relatively high speed operation between the movable sprocket and the fixed spur, so that the pulverized material is pulverized by the impact of the spur, the friction and the collision of the materials with each other. The pulverized material can be directly discharged from the grinding chamber, and the particle size is determined by changing the mesh of different meshes. The machine runs smoothly, and the pulverized material is fast and uniform, and the effect is good. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel material, and the dry and wet rice mill is designed according to GMP standards. The production process is free of dust and flying. The main unit is water cooled.

1. Check that the components are strong enough before each use.

2, change the screen, rinse the crusher should pay attention to avoid water into the motor, electrical appliances and bearings, so as not to affect the service life, always pay attention to keep the grinder clean.

3. In order to prolong the service life of the bearing, grease should be added in time, and the 7019-1 lithium grease should be lubricated.

4. The whole machine is inspected once every six months. Note: Do not crush metal, extremely strong and high viscosity materials.
